• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support, AHA only (RQI acceptable).
• BLS - Basic Life Support required for all Nursing and ancillary staff, AHA only (RQI acceptable).
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for all RNs, AHA Only (RQI acceptable).
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for Respiratory Care Practitioner, AAP only.
• Tech Cert Verification - National with specific requirements per profession mentioned.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required annually.
• Color Blind Testing Online required for clinical, engineering and biomed positions.
• Required competencies as applicable to Profession/Specialty.

  • Registered Nurse position in BCH Oakland for 12 Days.
  • Employment type is Travel/Contract.
  • CA RN license and AHA BLS are required.
  • 1 year experience in the PICU or NICU in the immediately preceding five (5) years.
  • Alternatively, an ED or PACU/DI nurse may have at least one (1) year of PICU or NICU experience in the immediately preceding ten (10) years, provided that the majority of the non-PICU/NICU work time was in the ED or PACU/DI.
