Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Designer, Retrieval
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product design process, from research to
implementation
Conduct user research and collaborate with stakeholders to design
intuitive workflows
Present design ideas to diverse audiences and iterate based on
feedback from technical teams
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant work experience in user research and design,
preferably in enterprise product design
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with
high-volume operational users
Solid understanding of user-centered design methods across the full
UX lifecycle
Experience creating user interfaces that navigate complex technical
workflows
Familiarity with design tools, particularly Figma
