JOB TYPE: Full-Time position with eligibility for full benefits after 90 days.LOCATION: These positions will be on-site in the Bay Area and Northern California; no mobilization or relocation assistance is available for this position.COMPENSATION: $70 + per hour, non-exempt, GSA mileage, per diem included. Final compensation will be negotiated upon offer of employment. POSITION SUMMARY: As the Senior Electric Operations Quality Assurance Quality Control Specialist, you will lead quality assurance and compliance efforts across electric transmission, distribution, and substation projects. This senior-level role ensures that all maintenance and construction activities align with utility standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to enhance system reliability and operational excellence. What you will be responsible for: (Disclaimer: The lists below are not all inclusive)

• Review completed work, attached pictures, maps and other information in company systems (such as SAP, Trifacta, Sherlock) to analyze and evaluate the completed work.
• Return incomplete records to the originator or Supervisor for correction and ensures all records and findings are maintained for potential future audits.
• Participate in internal inspection quality audit efforts. Assists in the development of reports describing audit findings, observations, and trends. QUALIFICATIONS: You must have the following: (Minimum)
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • High School Diploma
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be insurable with a clean driving record.
  • 5+ years of job-related electrical transmission or distribution lineman experience
    • Excellent communication both verbal and written with attention to detail.
    • Must be proficient in using technology including cell phones, tablet, apps, Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Willingness to Travel
    • Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW)

      • Bachelor's degree in engineering
