Client Success Liaison

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Success Liaison to manage relationships with healthcare practices and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare facilities, addressing inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients and develop processes for improved customer experience
Monitor client well-being and engage continuously to recommend solutions for operational gaps

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a healthcare-related field
5+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field
Experience working with PHI/PII and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems preferred
Strong project management and data analysis skills
