Borrego is seeking a Sr. CI Analyst to join our growing team The Sr. CI Analyst will work in service to our business team and support them as our primary customer. The Sr. CI Analyst will work in support of our main capabilities of:Training and development of improvement philosophy and tools Fostering cross functional collaboration through kaizen, coaching and PDCA Working on bimodal problems such as incremental improvements as well as breakthrough transformationsThey must have courage, passion, and tenacity to enable them to carry on in the face of resistance and opposition. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Supporting the business in improvement Understanding the needs of the business team Develop relationships with the key business stakeholders that support driving continuous improvement of the Development/EPC organization over timeSupport service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies (focused on quality and reduction of lead time) and the application of innovative thinking Support process improvement based workshops to drive ideas and solutionsIdentify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring systemImprove the improvement capabilities of the business teams Developing our people with problem solving fundamentalsModel the thinking and behavior we are looking to cultivate in the business teamsAssist in the development and application of a ---best-in-class--- continuous improvement strategyElicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysisComplete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projectsAbility to gain consensus through A3 problem solvingREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Must have experience in leading improvementMust have an open-minded and growth mindsetProcess improvement - PDCA, Kaizens, from the perspective of the user or facilitatorAbility to use lean best practices and lead by example for both the CI and business teamsBS degree in Industrial Engineering or similar with complementary work experienceMinimum 7-10 years experience in continuous improvementAbout the Continuous Improvement TeamThe CI team is a new team at Borrego.
