Job Description:
We are currently looking for a professional Front Desk
Receptionist that can greet walk-in customers, answer phones,
handle mail, and faxes. This person will be responsible for
maintaining office supplies, inventory of break room supplies,
coordinating meetings, and reserving conference rooms and computer
equipment (Projectors, laptops, video conferencing units and
teleconferencing equipment) for staff.
Additional Responsibilities
? Provide clerical support to the Financial Manager
? Create Memo?s
? Respond to emails
? Contact vendors for repairs of office equipment
? Schedule periodic maintenance checks
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Requirements:
3+ years of receptionist experience in a professional
environment.
