United States of America - California, San Francisco Job Summary AECOM is actively seeking a Program Manager to oversee the launch and implementation of the AEP and HEFI programs as well as supporting other electrification and renewables initiatives in CA and other geographies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Coordinate day-to-day aspects of projects including quality of work product, client communications, scheduling, and utilizing technical staff to service projects to ensure project completion. * Manage on-time delivery of technical reports * Deliver effective sales presentations and respond to questions and inquiries from industry professionals in an accurate and timely manner * Network and partner with trade allies, service providers, utility representatives, account managers, channel partners, key industry contacts and end users to identify potential rebate opportunities * Maintain a formal network of industry players and be a key resource for service providers and trade allies who leverage the rebate programs to promote and sell energy efficiency to commercial customers * Utilize an understanding of business operation costs associated with operating and maintaining facilities in order to develop and propose energy efficiency projects * Conduct training seminars to educate stakeholders on rebate programs logistics, technologies, best practices and new developments in the marketplace * Review proposed upgrades/designs for appropriateness and eligibility for utility incentives * Conduct site visits to verify installation and operation of baseline and replacement equipment/systems * Identify and focus on market segments capable so as to maximize energy savings with the most efficient and cost effective approach * Develop and maintain individual and team strategies for reaching sales, program targets and other business related objectives * Establish and maintain a professional client rapport, including identifying and anticipating client needs and proposing solutions * Properly and accurately address client concerns to assure problem resolution and promote long term productive relationships * Understand the organization and decision making process in order to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule and potential energy savings. * Communicate and coordinate project activities with utility representatives, end users and other stakeholders, as needed * Motivate and guide employees through leadership to meet and exceed departmental goals and objectives and instill a culture of professionalism, customer care and excellent product knowledge * Other duties, as required About AECOM At AECOM, we believe infrastructure creates opportunity for everyone. Minimum Requirements BA/BS in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Construction or closely related field with 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. 10+ years of experience within the energy efficiency or building efficiency industry Experience in auditing building systems (particularly lighting and HVAC) and/or sustainability practices Experience with building simulation software (e.g. eQUEST, EnergyPro, Trane Trace, etc.) Preferred Qualifications Experience managing a team of engineers for delivering quality products within scope and budget P.E., C.E.M., or LEED AP-- certification (or on track to receive) is desirable What We Offer When you join AECOM, you become part of a company that is pioneering the future.
