We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, are BART accessible, and a hybrid work environment.Your Role at Studio T-SQYou will contribute and develop strong strategies and design concepts supporting a breadth of projects that include analysis, urban planning, urban design, writing, document preparation, and creation of graphics, illustrations, and reports.What You Will Do

  • Lead entire project teams to success in a collaborative environment.
  • Work directly with Partners and Senior Directors as well as supporting team members.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to emerging designers and internal design team.
  • Lead and coordinate projects with clients, consultants, and internal team members.
  • Prepare and oversee accurate and complete construction documents using Revit software to the highest level.
  • Assume ownership of assignments, meet deadlines and budgets with diligence and quality design.Your Qualifications
    • 8-10 years of experience in preparation of construction documents and coordination of consultant teams, with a strong design focus.
    • Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
    • California Architectural License preferred.
    • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Bluebeam, Sketch-Up, MS Office - strong Revit experience is a major plus.
    • Deep understanding of building codes, accessibility requirements, and construction methods for Type I, II, III and V buildings.
    • Results-focused and possess excellent organization skills to fully manage complex projects.
    • Ability to produce and coordinate design intent and related construction details.
    • Possess and exhibit a passion for design, while also being technically minded.
