Everlaw is looking for a self-motivated Go-To-Market (GTM) Senior Analyst to join the newly created GTM analytics team. We are part of the GTM Strategy and Operations organization, and we are tasked to provide best-in-class analytics support with respect to the value we deliver to the GTM organization and the impact we have on Everlaw's commercial success and our customers' success. As a foundational member of the team, you will bring a data-focused mindset to elevate the GTM team's understanding of performance via a full suite of performance telemetry to empower every level of the organization in understanding their individual and team performance. Getting Started

  • We want you to feel like part of the team early on! Our onboarding process will integrate you into the company with informative sessions on our product, policies, processes, and team structure and goals.

    • Become product certified! You will learn the ins and outs of the Everlaw platform through a series of training modules.
    • Own the design, build and ongoing enhancement of a suite of GTM reports and dashboards.
    • Analyze key operational metrics for the field sales team to uncover trends, identify opportunities and flag risks and issues, as well as tracking the performance of critical business initiatives.
    • Partner with leaders across the organization to deep dive into high impact, time sensitive analyses to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Enhance existing metrics and create new measures to help bring better visibility into individual and team performance.
    • Learn the tooling and data sources available to measure individual and team performance.
    • Support Business Review cadence - develop and publish review data and templates, and partner closely with Sales and Success Leaders to ensure timely and impactful reviews.
    • Present insights and results to senior leadership weekly and also at company wide meetings on a monthly basis.
    • Work closely with the Data Science and Engineering teams to design and implement infrastructure and automation needed to scale the Revenue organization. About you
      • You have at least 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Sales + Success Operations analyst.
      • Expertise in GTM reporting and analytics (Sales, Success or Marketing) as well as related tools and technologies e.g. Expertise with using GTM data sources such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zendesk.
      • Proven track record in developing and maintaining a full suite of GTM dashboards using visualization tools such as Looker and Tableau.
      • Strong experience in SQL, both to access the data needed for analyses, but also expanding and integrating access to additional data sources.
      • A history of close collaboration with senior executives (Directors, VP and above) and cross functional partners (Sales, CX, Finance, Marketing, Data Science).
