Job Description:

The Sr. Programming Analyst will play a key role in digital transformation. This hands-on role will be accountable for developing solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, user requirements and organizational goals.
Position is a 6 month Contract to Hire opportunity
Fully Remote/Work from Home
Pay Range: $48-$53/hrly
Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the end-to-end business solution, including all areas of configuration and partner with IT on interfaces, extracts, or extensions
  
• Be accountable for Salesforce complex configuration and overall testing of the most complex system and configuration elements and produces test script documents to support testing outcomes
  
• Leverages agile methodology and skill in business solution design to drive business requirements workshops and story writing
  
• Develop the most complex Salesforce configuration methodology to support solution selection and develops documented solutions and processes using appropriate documentation protocols
  
• Continually evaluate and analyze complex Salesforce applications and business processes cross-functionally; analyze system business impacts and risks; make recommendations for improvements and modifications to ensure optimum functioning of implemented systems
  
• Import data into Salesforce as
  
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce configuration guidance to requirements gathering sessions, while gaining deep functional/business operations knowledge, application configuration, information management, and operational support
  
• Conduct testing to validate platform is functioning as expected
  
• Document requirements and changes made on platform
  
• Support the management of Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups needed
  
• Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases
  Qualifications:
  
• Requires at least 7 years of experience in a Salesforce configuration analyst role
  
• Experience with complex Salesforce implementations and enterprise systems
  
• Required Salesforce advance administrator certification
  
• Able to work in a strong collaborative environment
  
• Health Cloud experience
  
• Healthcare knowledge
