America's number one growing Acrylic Bath System Company, Bath Planet is seeking a Construction - Manager in our greater San Francisco Bay area. We offer a very competitive compensation package (90K with heavy bonus possibilities).Job -Responsibilities

Two years' experience in acrylic bath systems is a requirement.Participate in Hiring & TrainingReview time sheetsReview job dutiesManage the installation teamEnsure they meet their accountabilitiesMaintain 100% customer satisfaction100% Positive feedback from customers on installersContact customers 1 week after install for satisfaction -reviewContact customers on a weekly basis to keep them informed of the production timeline.Request customer for referrals, or remind them of programPlanning/Schedule all installationsReview contracts with Sale team prior to orderingOrder all productsComplete permits if requiredManage relationships with vendorsManage incoming products and warehouseUpcoming installs:
Placing all material ordersSetting install schedulesQuality control & install trainingPrepare customer folderPrepare/gather product together for installersMaintain customer folders and production in our CRMAssist Installers issues during installationCollect Installers Time sheets, Receipts for payrollCollect from installers completion certificates and money collectedMaintain calendar and update with installs scheduled. (Google)Maintain calendar for installers requested off daysCoordinate all warranty and service callsReview your job cost to determine recommendations for improvementComplete analysis on root cause of service callsReview information with Owners and what next steps areTake appropriate action to resolveBenefits:
