Your Day-to-Day Activities:
Plan and Organize
--- Intermediate Excel experience
--- Experience with Smartsheet
--- Input financial forecast data and provide analysis using
software like SAP and Primavera P6
--- Create and maintain project schedules- define activities, work
breakdown structures, predecessors, successors, resources, and
baselines
--- Support project manager in preparation of business cases,
contingency releases, and management of project budgets within
established project governance rules
--- Develop, monitor, and update cash flow projections
--- Prepare Coupa Purchase Requisition Requests, Contract Change
Orders, CWA's, and other SAP documents
--- Prepares and sends goods receipts
--- Prepares and delivers contract status reporting and ensures
suppliers are adhering to the contract's terms and conditions
--- Oversees records management and contract tracking systems,
including Excel, Coupa, SAP, and BIM360
--- Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals
--- Review contract estimates, including proposed materials,
production costs, etc., and determine whether they seem reasonable
and accurate
--- Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date
--- Write contract letters and other communications and notices
--- Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that
projects remain within the established budget
--- Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with state and federal
laws and regulations
Analyze
--- Analyze and report on variances for project cost and
schedule
--- Create and maintain Excel-like spreadsheets for reporting and
analysis
--- Measure the progress of activities and milestones in project
schedules
Execute
--- Assist with the execution and administration of contracts,
process change orders, and validate and perform accruals
--- Support meetings or calls with project team members and
stakeholders
--- Support project manager in holding team members accountable to
action items
Communicate
--- Prepare and present timely updates to project manager and
analyst supervisor
--- Keep all stakeholders informed of project developments through
meeting minutes, action logs, and status reports
Manage Risk
--- Support the project team in identifying, resolving, and
tracking risks
--- Escalate risks and issues to find ways to keep projects on
schedule and budget
You'll be prepared for this job if you have...
A Bachelor's degree
--- One-plus years of work experience
--- Experience with project scheduling and financial analysis
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Intermediate Excel experience with VBA, Macros and other data
entry automation methods
--- High level of financial and business acumen
--- Integrity with strong emphasis on making and meeting
commitments
--- High sense of urgency with excellent organizational skills and
drive to meet deadlines
--- Excellent problem-solving, team development, and critical
thinking skills
You'll stand out if you have...
--- Experience with SAP, NetSuite, or Sage
--- Experience with Unifier or Project Wise project management
software
--- Experience with Coupa Business Spend Management (BSM)
platform
--- Experience with SmartSheets
--- Experience with PowerBI or Tableau data visualization
software
--- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar
certification
--- A fondness for taking ownership and a willingness to lead
--- A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
--- Strong data maintenance and data analyses skills
--- Advanced Excel skills (i.e., advanced formulas, shortcuts,
pivot tables) and/or data analysis tools like PowerBI
--- Understanding of project management scheduling, costs, KPI's
etc.
