Job Description:
A company is looking for a Professional Services Consultant to
manage the successful delivery and execution of implementation
projects for their product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute product installations and onboarding for new and
existing customers
Act as the main point of contact for customers during product
implementation
Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and
propose tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in networking, servers, virtualization, or
cloud computing
Deep knowledge of network-based communications and configuration of
networking products
Ability to perform server builds and configure server operating
systems
Strong understanding of private cloud and SaaS solutions
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and defect
tracking tools
