Perform failure analysis from system Troubleshoot, repair & test the computer.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

System Level Technician. Report to FA Engineer

Duties/Responsibilities:

--- Repair hardware as well as record data and research hardware/software issues. --- Complete accurate defective part documentation. --- Ability to follow Standard Operation Procedures. --- Testing and operation check for products. --- Record and document issues and resolutions

- Ability to follow Standard Operation Procedures assemble/disassemble computer.

- Analysis of failures.

- Compete accurate defective part documentation

- Provide feedback to supervisor of any observed trends, unusual failure conditions, exceptions to written standards and hidden evidence of customer abuse.

- Performs equipment and fixture calibration and alignment check

Education and Experience (Relevant or Preferred):

1. Education Level: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred

2. Work Experience - 1+ years of computer technician experience preferred

3. Needed Skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software

- Able to stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment as needed



Physical Requirements:

- Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for long periods

- Ability to stand, stoop, bend and performing repetitive tasks.

- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.

- Must have excellent hand - eye coordination

- Must wear ear protection when working near testing area
