Sales Operations Manager (Oakland or Remote US) Oakland, United States As Sales Operations Manager , you will be the most critical business partner for our Sales leaders and Sales force, accelerating Revenue growth and driving Sales Productivity. You are responsible for implementing processes, practices and solutions to boost sales performance. You will play a key role in the scaling up of our sales organization, both globally and in North America. You are passionate about identifying best practices and fixing problems, insights-driven and improving processes for business outcomes is your true motivation.

• Reporting to the Global VP of Sales Operations Your responsibilities
  • Support Sales Management by analyzing and monitoring sales data, sales metrics and sales dashboards to ensure right focus and performance.
  • Manage cadence of weekly sales meetings, monthly reviews, Quarterly retrospective, as well as sales forecasting, deal reviews.
  • Drive globally a domain of Sales Operations (e.g. Sales Comp design, Sales Performance management, or Pricing..)
  • Proactively identify and redefine/implement processes and systems that improve and scale our business
  • Support critical strategic, organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity and operational efficiency. What we look for in you
    • 6+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations role
    • Working experience in a SaaS company
    • Track record of operational excellence
    • A highly analytical, data driven mindset who understands the value and power of metrics to drive excellence across a diverse group of sales teams.
    • Strong program-, project- and change leadership skills coupled with an innate desire to maximise performance
    • An organisational coach who will continually challenge our sales organisation to perform at their personal best, facilitating success through structural and process improvements, ensuring the "fight" stays outside with our competition.
    • Experience with salesforce.com and Business Intelligence tools (ideally Looker)
    • Ideally, you'll have been in a revenue generating role yourself at some point in your career and are able to speak from your own experience
    • Used to working with different cultural backgrounds across multiple time zones
