Job Description:
JOB SCOPE/ SUMMARY* Expand the sales thru the new contractor
channel with a focus on targeted contractor segments.* Achieve
defined sales goals in this channel as a key metric of
performance.* Build long standing relationship with targeted
contractor segment.* Build brand awareness and penetration in the
contractor channel.* Working safely is part of our culture and is a
condition of employmentESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* Provide support and
energy in cross-functional coordination to enhance delivery of a
consistent customer experience for contractor segment.* Proactively
communicate important business issues and opportunities to
appropriate departments and management.* Put priorities and efforts
on driving team success and accomplishment over individual goals.*
Develop strong business relationships with customers and provide a
solid understanding of their needs.* Responsible for the
development and management of contractor segment.* Work all
appropriate departments (Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Customer
Service, etc.) to exceed sales goals.* Formulate key account plans
as needed to enable the execution of sales and marketing
strategies.* Develop and manage channel specific tracking and
reporting and communicate ongoing results to management.*
Establish, cultivate and maintain quality relationships with
customer segments.* Take accountability and ownership for the CRM
processes with customer.* Identify training opportunities and
communicate to management.* Identify new product opportunities*
Provide territory and market information to better develop sales
and marketing efforts.* Provide Service and Product Knowledge to
professional channel.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION*
Bachelor's degree* 5 plus years of related sales and/or customer
service experience and/or training* 2 to 3 years of Account
Management experience and outside sales* Experience with
negotiating and fulfilling national customer contractsKNOWLEDGE/
SKILLS/ ABILITIES* Strong networking and relationship building
skills* Ability to work effectively across functions to achieve
desired customer satisfaction goals* Strong problem-solving skills*
Exceptional Negotiation skills* Ability to adapt approach and style

$49,900.00 - $78,408.00Actual compensation may vary based on
various factors including experience, education, geographic
