energetic and dynamic Senior Sales Engineer with proven experience
in the CRM space to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for working with the Sales and Engineering
leadership teams to support Sales efforts in client-facing
meetings, calls, and projects, to develop and lead custom
demonstrations, to build out and/or enhance standard
demonstrations, to assist sales efforts for team quota attainment,
and will be responsible for achieving personal goals. This
individual will be a valuable contributor in shaping processes for
a growing sales organization. Responsibilities: 1. Support Sales
team in their sales campaigns by helping identify and quantify
Insightly's value proposition and best solution 2. Demonstrate
Insightly's solutions and capabilities as well as new features 3.
Very comfortable in client facing environments and presentations 4.
Support potential customers in their evaluation of Insightly's
mobile and web app solutions 5. Configure custom software
demonstrations (for external opportunities) to showcase specific
capabilities 6. Enhance standard software demonstrations for use by
internal team members 7. Participate in Conferences and other
events 8. Participate in training of new employees Qualifications:
1. Ability to easily develop relations with new people 2. Dynamic
presenter and great communication skills, experience presenting to
C-level executives a plus 3. Ability to quickly formulate a concise
answer 4. Experience with CRM setup and user interface 5. Previous
experience as a sales engineer for a CRM or SaaS company 6.
Knowledge of related applications, relational database, and API
technology 7. Advanced user of Web conferencing tools and
conference call solutions (ie Zoom, GoToMeeting, Skype, etc) 8.
Excellent understanding of web solution architecture 9. Advanced
user of MS Office suite, Browsers, and Smartphones What else? 1.
